considered Historians 2010 Schwarzach

On Friday, 15 October, this year's Historians of the Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis place in Schwarzach, organized by Alexander Rantasa, head of the group archive. More than 140 interested visitors met in the Schwarzach hall and listened at first the greeting words of district administrator Dr. Achim Brötel and Mayor Theo Haaf, before the two lectures by Dr. Rüdiger Lenz ("castle and life - castle types and castle life") and Michael Hahl ("America emigration from the Odenwald, or: The end of the village and Ferdinand Rineck") for two hours, the hunger for knowledge of the attending local historian nurtured.

Following the two presentations led the city archivist Eberbacher Rüdiger Lenz, participants have to built around 1321 Schwarzacher Wasserburg. After its reconstruction in the years around 1800, during which also was the mansion built, the plant was held in Baden. Even today it is used as a state forester's house.

to FN-item is to be noted that the population of the towns founded in 1712 and 1788 Ferdinand Rineck village and not at the beginning of the 17th Century - obviously a typo - rapidly increased (that was the time of the Thirty Years War, which initially led to massive population decline), but in the 18th and in the first half of the 19th Century.
